By completing any purchase with TechieRips, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood:
All orders placed must have a corresponding USERNAME as user MUST confirm they are present for their personal break order in the chat room of the live stream.
All orders placed will enter a queue that will be completed in the order they were received by TechieRips.
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us on twitch or discord with details of the product and the defect.
If we determine you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price--using the original method of payment.
Chargebacks:
By purchasing from TechieRips, you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site. Chargebacks for completed or fulfilled orders will be disputed with respective creditors as all actions and communications on the live stream are be recorded.
Shipping:
Shipping is available for purchase by reaching out after your break! You will be quoted a price for shipping depending on the size of your order. Failure to purchase shipping within 6-months forfeits your items which will be recycled into a giveaway! Shipments may take 1-3 business days to ship. We ship domestically in the US and Canada!
